Before
This began as 2 separate houses connected by a breezeway. Most of the wiring and plumbing were from the 50’s and the kitchen had been redone in the 70’s. It not only needed end to end updating and some TLC but for someone to give it some major style. We transformed the split 50’s rancher into a deluxe Cape Cod mini estate with beautiful wide moldings, a huge open kitchen and a very private master suite.
